2021 Apple Season - Parrish Pioneer Ranch

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 11/28/2021
The apple season is at its peak in the fall from September 1st until the end of November, although apples and cider are usually still available until January or February. Please check out the front page blog posts or visit us on Facebook to see our listing of available apples.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

Parrish Ranch produces many varieties that are unique to the area such as the Vasquez and Parkdale Beauty, as well as heritage and antique apples no longer commercially available, including Gravenstein and Pink Pearl. The Vasquez was developed by long-time Parrish Ranch foreman, Juan Vasquez. A fan favorite is the Arkansas Black, which usually appears in mid-to-late October and only lasts a few weeks before being sold out.
