On November 26, 1922, British archaeologist Howard Carter entered the interior chambers of an Ancient Egyptian pharaoh’s tomb, finding the chambers miraculously intact. The world was stunned to find all the treasure and the mummy of the now famous King Tut-Ankh-Amun, a young pharaoh who ruled all of Egypt 3,500 years ago. In honor of next year’s 100th anniversary of this ground-breaking archaeological discovery, this program explores the life of the young king and what his world was like.
