Guided Bird Walk
Local birders guide visitors in a walk around Heaps Peak Arboretum to look and listen for different species of birds that are native to the mountain.

We invite you to come take a walk through the forest with a local birder. Whether you are a novice birder or experienced, participants agree this is a wonderful way to spend a Saturday morning. Usually about 20 birds are identified by either song or sight.
