Spanning more than two-and-a-half acres, “Journey to Oz” will invite guests to step into a dazzling world where light meets magic. Blending the familiar wonder of the Land of Oz with brand-new attractions, entertainment and interactive experiences, the installation will take guests on a glowing journey through eleven fantastical worlds inspired by the timeless stories of Oz. Guests will walk through golden wheat fields, enchanted forests, the majestic Emerald City and beyond while encountering beloved characters including Dorothy, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man and the Cowardly Lion, as well as good and wicked witches, Munchkins, flying monkeys and other magical creatures – all brought to life through millions of vibrant LED lights.

Integrated throughout the experience will be immersive and interactive elements that allow guests to become part of the story. From triggering lights and sounds to testing skills, creating art and engaging with digital installations, the event will encourage guests to unleash their imagination – their ultimate superpower. Event highlights will include:

  • Gardens, forests and fields of wheat: Guests will wander through massive, illuminated gardens and glowing landscapes, including Imaginarium’s signature rose garden in Munchkin Land, featuring 20,000 LEDs; a vivid poppy field near the Emerald City; glow-in-the-dark forests; and sweeping fields of golden wheat.

  • Photo boxes: Dozens of unique photo boxes will be filled with flowers, magical creatures and imaginative backdrops, offering endless photo opportunities.
