Jr. Boxing Fundamentals at Renaissance ClubSport

This class aims to provide a fun and safe learning environment, offering the beginner boxer a chance to progress to a fitness boxer and potentially an amateur boxer. Under the guidance of boxing coach, Domenic, participants will develop fundamental techniques, build self- confidence and self-awareness, and enhance strength, agility, and coordination. Gloves and athletic attire is required. Guardians must stay onsite to provide supervision.
