Our all levels yoga classes are designed to offer something for everyone. Every class will begin with a breathing meditation to cultivate mindfulness. Students will then be guided through a gentle warm up to wake up the body at an approachable pace. A series of poses will be introduced with smooth transitions to build strength and stamina. Instructors will give options for more modifications to meet the needs of the beginner and advanced student. We will end class with a cool down and savasana. Students are encouraged to take breaks when needed and to modify to their own personal needs. Class ends with deep stretches and relaxation to balance both body and mind. The temperature of the room will range from 74-78 degrees.
