Freedom In Motion is a parkour training facility designed by real parkour athletes and coaches. Our parkour sessions offer an in-depth learning program with a focus on safety, efficiency, form, creativity, and fun. Sessions are available for beginners as young as 5 years old, all the way up to teens and adults of any age or skill level.
