Splitrock Farm & Retreat - Fallbrook, CA

Splitrock was part of a 160-acre avocado farm that prospered from 1970 to 2017, generating over one-million pounds of avocados per year until the previous until escalating water costs forced them to turn-off. 101 acres of the 160 was purchased in 2021 with plans to harvest the dead avocado trees for firewood and replant with organic, sustainable crops such as grapes, citrus trees, and flowers.
